The Simpsons' take on the independent film boom, as Lisa discovers she's a whiz with the camera. After Lisa realises she's very adept at capturing the beauty in the everyday life, the budding filmmaker makes a documentary about her family and Principal Skinner convinces her to submit it to the Sundance Film Festival.

There's just one problem; The Simpsons are a dysfunctional family to say the least, and one audience viewing leaves them being heckled and reviled. Besides being very funny, the episode succeeds in its clever satire of the fickles of fame and of how indie movies go from the talk of the town to yesterday's news in the blink of an eye.
