Oh, Tyreese. The gentle giant didn't stand a chance in The Walking Dead. He's a nice guy, and nice guys apparently don't last long in a world packed to the brim with zombies. He could defend himself though, when times got rough, for the sake of Lizzie, Mika and little Judith. Tyreese was uncertain about killing before he was tasked with looking after the kids, but his first spree was carried out with a hammer and the rest is history. Tyreese's hammer time was a classic moment of adapting to the world.
