During an escape attempt on Glenn and Maggie's part during their Woodbury imprisonment in season three's "Made to Suffer," Maggie armed herself with a bone fragment from a walker Merle had set on Glenn earlier.

Without hesitation, Maggie plunged it straight into Warren's throat, ending the otherwise throwaway character's life in effectively merciless fashion.
