24. Theodore "T-Dog" Douglas

T-Dog (IronE Singleton) was reportedly supposed to die in season one, but fan response prevented it. This led to him being sidelined in season two before meeting his end saving Carol (Melissa McBride) in the fourth episode of season three.

Bitten repeatedly, he leads Carol to safety despite knowing his time has come. He is later devoured by walkers in a final act of bravery, to found by Rick, Daryl and Glenn.
