Staying on the subject of Carol, Tobin absolutely nails his speeches to her in the opening stages of the episode. He's not a particularly big player in the group, but Episode 12 gave him a good platform to impress and he spoke for the entire fanbase when talking to Carol. "You can do things that just terrify me... You're a mom... It's not the cookies or the smiles, it's the hard stuff, the scary stuff. It's how you can do it, it's strength, you're a mom to most of the people here." That's just a segment of his thoughts, but they perfectly sum up Carol. Everything she does, she does for the good of her 'children' even if the methods may seem harsh.
