She announced her pregnancy to Aaron and a handful of undead spectators but she needs to spill it the rest of Alexandria so that they are aware of the situation, and it needs to happen straight away. However, I don't think it's that simple. Maggie is desperate for Glenn's return, and she will know that if the group acknowledge she is pregnant, they won't let her take part in any rescue efforts or demanding activities. Maggie has never wanted to cause a fuss, and has always been willing to get stuck in (even though I still feel she's underused). Will she tell everyone now, or will she never get the chance?
