If it has teased Rick going up against Morgan so far, it basically confirms it here, although it doesn't seem like there will be any genuine enmity between the two. Rather, the feeling you get is that Rick has completely lost it, and Morgan is going to do whatever necessary in order to get his old friend back. The others are all listening to him, so he obviously commands respect despite hardly knowing these people, and after only a few fleeting appearances last year it seems Lennie James should have a lot more to do this season.
