Deana gives a talk to her fellow community members, attempting to convince them to support a certain character. She says: "He's been out there. He's faced it. We are going to trust him. All of us." It's cleverly interspersed with a couple of shots of Morgan, which makes it seem as though he is the one she's talking about and giving her backing to. While that is a legitimate possibility, more likely is that she is still trying to convince everyone to follow Rick's lead, even if by this point he may have completely lost the plot. Daryl, in particular, looks far from convinced.
