The Walking Dead Season 6 Mid-Season Finale: 10 Things That Should Happen

A peaceful ending? Hah, think again.

The mid-season finale is already upon us, but with so many loose ends flapping around in the apocalyptic wind, the show has to cram a lot of drama into the climactic Episode 8, but for once, Rick isn't the main man under threat. The natural leader of the group has an air of relative comfort about him at the moment knowing that the Alexandrians have his back. It's nice to see a storyline that doesn't involve everyone complaining about Rick's approach, which should leave him free to get back to his walker-killing ways. It's everyone else that we should be worried about. Like, literally every single character not named Rick Grimes has a feasible method of death for the mid-season finale, and that's scary. Some should live, others should, and there are certain story moments that need to happen in the next episode, but what are they?

Lady walkers and gentlemen walkers, it's your time to shine. The walkers are the oldest foes in The Walking Dead and Season 6 has seen them return to the very heart of the action. They've been a major threat rather than just a gathering of minor obstacles to overcome. This is their mid-season finale. The herd has been building, and the church collapse has given them the pathway to wreak havoc. The invasion needs to be as swift, merciless and cold as the Wolves' attack to provide maximum shock value, and they really need to provide an immense challenge for the group rather than just another group that will move harmlessly along.
