6. How Will The Scavengers Fit In? Can They Be Trusted?
While it's clear to see how Alexandria, the Kingdom, and Hilltop will ally together (especially if the latter no longer has Gregory in charge), the Scavengers represent something of a wildcard.
It's not just because of their strange language and fondness for hanging around a junk yard like some deleted extras from Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome, but because so far they've had a tense relationship with Rick, and we don't really know what they can actually offer in a fight.
They've now got the guns they required, but it remains to be seen just how adept they are at using them. And then there's the question of whether or not they can really be trusted. It's an uneasy alliance they have with Rick, and one that could well go south quickly, especially if it looks like they might not win.
