5. Eugene Porter

Much like Dwight, Eugene has been playing a dangerous game during his time in the Sanctuary but, for now at least, it seems like he really is Negan.

Throughout his time on the show he hasn't always served a purpose, but he has shown a real survival instinct, hence why his loyalties switched. It's a feat that he's lived this long, really, and that luck has to run out at some point. There'll be people on the opposite side desperate for revenge, but also the risk that Negan finds out he helped Sasha. He'll probably move towards some form of redemption, but either way it doesn't look good for him.

Prediction: Dies, but it's a close call.
