12. The One Where Joey Saved A Sandwich

Joey, Chandler and Ross have been through a lot together, forging a super-strong bond over 10 series that nothing can come between - well, no human can come between.

When the trio went on patrol with Gary in ‘The One With The Ride Along’, in an unexpected turn of events, the boys thought they had been shot at. Joey’s natural reaction was to protect what was closest to his heart.

It would have been understandable if Joey would have tried to save Chandler over Ross, but when he thought their lives were in danger, he decided to save a sandwich. Yes, Joey saved a sandwich from what he though was a gunshot.

We have seen over the course of the show just how much Joey loves a meatball sub, but to value it over both Ross and Chandler’s lives is eyeopening. Seriously, how good must that sandwich have been?
