After stabbing her husband, fleeing, then hitting a deer (D'oh!) and rolling her car, Jackie Goldman begins to hear a voice - the voice, she believes, of her unborn child. So she does what any rational mother would do, listens to the voice, takes the carving knife she had brought with her (the same one she stabbed husband Augustus with), and performs her own ad-hoc C-section right there on the pavement among pieces of broken glass from the wreckage. And there, pushing its way out of her, is young Kyle - who is later found by a passerby, and raised as her own. Now that's a WTF moment if there ever was one.
