Finding Walter Skinner in the X-Files revival was a lot like finding Waldo, despite Mitch Pileggi being billed in the new season's opening credits. Generally, top billing (or close to it) like that is reserved for full time cast members, not a couple of appearances that amounted to little more than cameos. While Babylon had a little more of Skinner than most of the episodes from season ten, My Struggle Part 2 was seriously lacking the Assistant Director. He seemed like an afterthought, as he did throughout so much of the season, which is an absolute shame. You can chalk some of this up to the small number of episodes the show had to work with, but some was just bad writing. You know this character, you love this character - so come on, WTF 1013, utilize him!
