11. Mad About You

In The One With Two Parts, Part 1, Helen Hunt makes a cameo as a customer in Central Perk, along with Leila Kenzie, and they mistake Phoebe for her twin sister Ursula. It works as a funny scene on its own, as Phoebe is totally confused as to why the women are talking to her, and throughout the conversation they remain convinced it's Ursula.

What makes it even better though is that Hunt and Kenzie are from another NBC series, Mad About You, and were appearing in character in Friends. The reason that they thought Phoebe was Ursula is that she works as a waitress at Riff's, which is a popular restaurant on the show, and is also played by Lisa Kudrow.

In fact, Kudrow was playing Ursula before she was playing Phoebe, as Mad About You started in 1992, and that's the reason they made Phoebe's character a twin.
