5. Ain't No Mountain High Enough
Wow, Hawk and Dove can sing! Like, really sing!
Hank and Dawn's karaoke duet of 'Ain't No Mountain High Enough' made for a surprisingly joyous moment that provided some levity to an episode that was rather front-loaded with grim stories. Not only was it so darn good that it instantly brought a smile to this writer's face, it was such an appropriate song choice given the couple that were singing it (which is what made the subsequent conflict even more frustrating).
More than anything though, it was just so nice to see these two so happy. A pair that have been through physical and emotional wars, they deserve a bit of happiness and, as far as that goes, this was rather blissful.
Alan Ritchson has one heck of a voice, as does Kylie Berry - the voice double who sang on behalf on Minka Kelly - and major props to Minka for pulling off a very convincing lip sync!
