Moose Mason (whose real name has been changed multiple times over the years) is a blonde, stocky, student athlete at Riverdale High. Mason is also exceptionally protective of his aforementioned girlfriend, Midge Klump.

In The Show

Moose's build and jock-ish personality have remained intact. So too has his protectiveness of Midge, which is evident when he threw himself in front of her to shield her from gunfire. The key differences, however, are that he now has dark hair and is portrayed as a closeted bisexual.
