9. Love Killed Her Late Husband

Before Love met Joe, she was married to a man called James. In flashbacks, it's revealed that Love wanted to start a family, but James wasn't interested. Shortly after, James became unwell with stomach issues and eventually passed away. Doctors couldn't figure out what his "mysterious illness" was.

As Love is a chef, there's a possibility she might have poisoned James over time. She especially tends to cook when stressed, so adding poison to get back at her husband is more than doable – even if she didn't mean to go as far as killing him.

We already know that Love has a dark nature when it's revealed that she killed the family's au pair after she found out they were sexually abusing her younger brother, Forty. While this in particular was to protect someone else, she did kill Candace and Delilah for her own personal gain.

Plus when Love traps Joe in the vault, she offers him some muffins and he hesitates, fearing they could be poisoned. She eats one to prove they're fine, but his fear further cements this theory as plausible.
