Young Justice: Outsiders - 4 Ups & 2 Downs From Episodes 7-9

Despite some faults, Young Justice finally provided us with some major answers.

If there is anything we have learned from the resurgence of Young Justice, it's that the beloved show has lost absolutely none of the star quality that made it such a success in the first place. Its third season, 'Outsiders' premiered on the DC Universe streaming service two weeks ago and has, without a doubt, exceeded expectations, picking up where its predecessor left us in 2013.

Having produced two strong sets of episodes so far, each batch offering something different than the other, DC looked to continue the winning streak this week by unveiling Episodes 7, 8 and 9.

With the show now approaching its midseason finale, 'Evolution', 'Triptych' and 'Home Fires' were all efficient in accelerating the season's main storylines, unveiling long-running secrets to provide us with some answers, while also taking the time to reintroduce us to some beloved core characters that had yet to appear this season.

Yet again, each episode had its own purpose, but all of them furthered the mystery surrounding the Outsiders and the role that they play in The Light's overall plan. Though they weren't perfect, they were all incredibly enjoyable - with one particular episode changing the game entirely...
