10 Best Big Guy Vs Big Guy Matches In WWE History
10. Kane Vs. Test (No Mercy 2001)
No Mercy 2001, in case you've forgotten, was the show on which a bunch of WWF wrestlers took on their Alliance counterparts in a series of purportedly high-stakes singles matches (which, in practice, meant just about nothing).
In one of them, the Alliance's Test - who never worked for WCW or ECW - took on WWF star Kane, who actually was briefly on the WCW payroll in the early '90s.
Taken out the context, though, and this was a pretty serviceable match, and an illustration of why Test, once a key part of the McMahon-Helmsley storyline, was so highly regarded backstage.
Alas, his potential as one of wrestling's great big men was never actualised, and this now serves merely as a tantalising glimpse of what might have been with a more concerted push behind him.
