4. Dolph Ziggler Counters The GTS With A Fameasser
The 2012 Royal Rumble PPV really sucked until CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler turned it around in their semifinal match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Fans welcomed the match after having to sit through an eight diva tag team contest and the Cena/Kane debacle. It was a typically good performance by two of the companies hardest working wrestlers. The match was so close at times that many fans started to believe that Ziggler might actually win it. He didn't, but he did have fans' hearts in their mouths when he countered a Punk GTS attempt with a fameasser for a hot nearfall.
