A heel should not be a good loser, and that fact has led to some of the most entertaining post-match performances ever. Whether kicking the proverbial toys from the pram and crying foul, or simply sucker punching an opponent, being a bad loser is part and parcel of playing heel. 10. John Cena Goes Into Business For Himself (Brock Lesnar, Extreme Rules 2012)

Extreme Rules 2012 marked Brock Lesnar's first pay-per-view back in WWE since WrestleMania XX in 2004. During his time away from pro wrestling, Lesnar had morphed into one of the biggest and best MMA fighters on the planet, a reputation that greatly helped him upon his return to the fold.

Anticipation was high for his clash with John Cena, and the match ended up being a satisfying brawl. Cena vs. Brock felt incredibly fresh, standing out from the usual fare WWE had presented for years and appearing like an ultra-violent showdown between top names. Lesnar must have been happy, at least until after the match had concluded.

Agreeing to do the job to Cena, Brock must have been horrified when his opponent not only returned to his feet by his own strength, but cut a promo. An impassioned Cena revealed that he was going to take some time away from WWE, and the blood caking his face only made things more dramatic.

The whole thing instantly negated the beating Lesnar had handed out to Cena, something that can't have pleased 'The Beast'.
