There is no Professional Wrestler more iconic that Hulk Hogan. Not just a mainstay in almost every major wrestling promotion to ever exist, Hogan has transcended to a Pop Culture icon. For virtually anyone on the planet, the name Hulk Hogan is synonymous with wrestling.

However, with that type of star power often comes a similar sized ego. For the majority of the 1980’s and 1990’s Hulk Hogan was a backstage force to be reckoned with, ensuring that no other wrestler rose to his level and often going to top management in the World Wrestling Federation (now WWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) to maintain his superstar status through politicking.

Yet in the year 2002, a different Hulk Hogan returned to WWE. After spending several years working for rival promotions, Hogan returned to where it all began and revitalised his career. Many wrestling fans will argue that this was probably the most enjoyable “The Immortal” Hulkster had ever been, with many matches and segements occurring that remain iconic to this day.
