And even though he only featured in two Money in the Bank ladder matches, he certainly made the most of those chances to shine by utilising the ladder in some highly innovative ways.

The most notable example came at WrestleMania XXIV, where he made the absolutely audacious decision to hit a moonsault to the outside from the very top rope—all the while holding the ladder in his grip.
