10 Best Superkicks In WWE History

By Elliott Binks /

10. Rusev

Kicking off the countdown (no pun intended) we have one of the WWE€™s newest adopters of the Superkick, Rusev. Weighing in at 138 kilos (or 305 pounds for American, Liberian and Burmese readers), the Bulgarian Brute-turned-Russian-patriot certainly falls into the €œbig man€ category. What he lacks in geographical knowledge he more than makes up for in size. Nonetheless, and this is partly why he remains such an exciting prospect, Rusev has shown incredible athleticism for a man of such a hulking frame. And such mobility is rarely more apparent than when he exhibits his own version of the Superkick.Rusev stampedes into the manoeuvre, gaining enough momentum to leap into the kick and jack the jaw of a whole host of Superstars even taller than himself€”NXT€™s Mojo Rawley being perhaps the most sizeable victim. Though he rarely uses the move as his trademark finish, instead locking in the Accolade, the agility displayed by a man of his size and the sheer explosiveness of the kick itself make Rusev€™s Superkick a highly impactful rendition.
