A tough guy aura is something that is cultivated over time. You build a resume of fights, feats, and fearsome moments that become the stuff of legend. Part of that mystique is having a great tough guy name.

It's not the be-all end-all, of course. Men like Danny Hodge, Karl Gotch, and Billy Robinson were tougher than a two-dollar steak, as good ol' JR would say. Sure, they're synonymous with toughness NOW. But those names on their own do not a tough guy make.

Triple H is no doubt one tough SOB -- taking the Walls of Jericho with a torn quad proves that -- but it's not like HHH or Hunter Hearst Helmsley are tough guy names.
