10. Shawn Michaels Vs. Owen Hart - In Your House 6
In what would become something of a staple for the February events, this match was to decide who would face the World Champion at WrestleMania. In Your House 6 was a largely forgettable show with the exception of this match, as the only thing of memory was Razor Ramon beating The 1-2-3 Kid in a Crybaby match. Do not google that. Shawn Michaels and Owen Hart were two of the beneficiaries of the WWF's change in attitude at the time, with the steroids scandal meaning smaller competitors were beginning to get more of a spotlight. The two also made great sense as potential Mania opponents for the man who was then champion, Bret Hart. Michaels and Owen had great chemistry, and they put on a true showcase here. After a little bit of feeling-out to start Owen takes control, methodically working down Michaels as only a Hart could. He also hits a rather gorgeous belly-to-belly suplex, something Owen Hart did as well as anyone else in the history of the game. HBK would pick up the win following Sweet Chin Music, and I remember this being one of the first times I saw the finisher reversal back and forth that would provide the finish for many matches afterwards.
