10 Best Wrestling Matches Of The Week (July 22)

10. Cesaro & Sami Zayn Vs. Chris Jericho & Kevin Owens - WWE RAW - 18/7/16

Despite being the last RAW of an era, the show this past Monday went by somewhat quietly. The WWE Universe was all prepped for the big draft on Tuesday, and as a result a little clutch of good matches may have just slipped under the radar. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins had a fun main event (more on that later), and there was also a huge 12-man tag hyping two matches at this Sunday's Battleground PPV.

For me, the best match on the show was the opening tag bout, which saw Cesaro & Sami Zayn pick up the win against the Curmudgeonly Canadian Connection, Kevin Owens & Chris Jericho. They started slow, but this is to be expected from a RAW tag match these days.

By the time they picked up the pace and moved through the gears this was quite simply a truckload of fun. These are quite simply four of the best wrestlers WWE has right now, and whatever combination you put together you're going to get something worth seeing.

Zayn picked up the win with a roll-up on Jericho.
