10 Best Wrestling Titles Ever

5. WCW's "Big Gold Belt"

One of the first belts to include a name-plate, so the current wrestler holding the title could have his name etched on the prize itself, the WCW World Heavyweight Title was initially made for then-NWA Champ, Ric Flair in the mid-80's, but would eventually supplant the future WCW World Title design and become the one most fans associated with World Championship Wrestling. Of course, in 2002, WWE would debut the World Heavyweight Championship, a belt eerily similar to what became known as WCW's "Big Gold Belt". There's something classic about the design, which features red jewels amongst the lavish gold patterns. A classic black strap completes the look. WWE may have retired the style of this belt for now, but it's a true standard-bearer for how World Titles should look, and remains a favourite.
