10 Big Questions From WWE Raw (28 Sept)

Kane develops some new magical powers... but will the Corporate version return next week?

This week's Raw really ran the gamut from great to terrible, but as usual left fans scratching their heads at some of the booking and storyline decisions. A three hour Raw is so long that it's always going to be a mixed bag, but somehow even when it's good, Raw will leave fans scratching their heads.

Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns killed it in the main event of Raw, which is high praise considering the quality of some of the previous main events this year. King Barrett returned, Mark Henry got trounced by Big Show and we saw the debut of WWE's H.R. department in a very uneven episode of Raw.

We still haven't seen hide nor hair of Chris Jericho or Sting, and just what happened to Cesaro's so-called "big push" that was supposed to be coming any day now? There's so much to ask about this week's Raw, but there are the ten big burning questions that need addressing, so let's start with the first one on everyone's mind...

10. Just How Will John Cena Ruin The New Day For Us?

John Cena has had possibly the greatest year of his wrestling career in 2015, putting on all-time classic matches with Cesaro, Sami Zayn, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens. He's proved even his fiercest of critics wrong with match of the night after match of the night, and raised the prestige of the United States Championship to a level it's never been before.

However, John Cena has a habit of jumping on whatever the cool new thing is at the moment, and completely neutering it to the point his opponent often struggles to come back from it. As great as they are, there's no denying that Ryback, The Wyatt Family and Rusev were all set back a few steps after their feuds with John Cena.

The New Day are the best thing on Raw at the moment, but even they are at risk of being overshadowed and swallowed by the Cena Machine. Cena's straight-faced reaction to The New Day's nonsense is a perfect example of the way he can make up-and-coming stars look like chumps, and the longer the Tag Champs are associated with him, the more at risk they are of being ruined.
