10 Biggest Omissions From WWE Draft List 2016

10. Triple H

Arguably one of the most notable omissions was that of Triple H.

We know he’s no longer a full-time performer, but then again neither is Brock Lesnar, and he was very much featured on the list as a possible name to be drafted.

And besides—part-time performer or not—given the prominent role he played at this year’s WrestleMania, it seems silly to think we’re suddenly supposed to forget that Triple H even exists.

This continues a presumably intentional trend whereby the Game has remained off of WWE television since his defeat at WrestleMania. You’d assume that means they’ve got a big comeback planned for somewhere down the line and don’t want to ruin that by having Draft let the cat out of the bag prematurely.

Still, if we’re supposed to be taking this thing seriously at all, surely he’ll need a show to be signed to if he ever wants to make a return?

Ultimately, it looks like they’ll be using his position within the company as a storyline to get them out of jail here. That or he could be in line to be named as Stephanie’s General Manager of Raw…
