10 Biggest Oversellers In Wrestling

3. Dolph Ziggler

One of the best current examples of someone who sells like a madman for opponents is Dolph Ziggler. Even when it seems unnecessary, Ziggler flies around chaotically for rivals during matches, flipping and flapping like he's inside a pinball machine. Some fans must find it a little excessive, but it can't be argued that the man is trying to put across physical harm. He does so in an entirely flashy way, with his hair flying around all over the place. Dolph has often been compared to workers like Shawn Michaels and Curt Hennig, comparisons he must welcome whenever they are broadcast. A great example of overselling from Ziggler came during the 2012 Survivor Series pay-per-view. The man showed great athleticism to pull off his stunt for the night. Receiving a routine Monkey Flip out of the corner from Kofi Kingston, Dolph rotated a little extra so that he didn't land on his back as normal. Instead, he floated right over and appeared to smash his face right off of the ring canvas. The bump looked spectacular, and is a perfect example of his overselling nature.
