This is some kind of fantasy sequence where Superboy thinks he's a robot or a cyborg or something and is replaced by Lex Luger (well, Lex Luger as some guy who's not Superboy) as "Superboy Mark II." Which...OK? It's out of context, but...whatever.So it's a fairly weird appearance on the surface. Think about it for a second, though, and it gets weirder: It's Lex Luger of all people on a show that's part of the Superman franchise and included Lex Luthor. His name was created from a formula resembling "Lex Luthor + Luger pistol = badass." This doesn't play into anything. Is it just supposed to be an extra/easter egg that he's on the show at all? This feels like such a missed opportunity.
