10 Booking Steps For Turning Bray Wyatt Into A New Undertaker

10. Avoid Showing Him In Situations That Contradict His Character

If there€™s one thing that the Undertaker has demonstrated throughout his career, it€™s a commitment to protecting his character beyond typical levels. For Bray Wyatt to continue to develop his character and have fans believe in what he says, he has to channel that commitment. The first step is to step away from social media, the enemy of kayfabe. Sharing everything with an online audience is a quick and easy way to kill a storyline (just ask Rusev, Lana and Summer Rae). He needs to become a social media ghost: no more posts with his family, no more kayfabe-breaking stories, and no more situations that would contradict his character in any way. In order for a character as unique as Wyatt€™s to be believed by such a cynical audience, he has to go much further in convincing the audience to suspend their disbelief, even for a minute. That cannot be accomplished if he€™s saying something vaguely damning about modern times, only to post pictures of his family shortly thereafter.
