9. Does Anyone Care About Kalisto/Ryback?
No, seriously, thats a real question.
Since winning the United States Championship for the second time, Kalisto has been pushed back into tag team action with the Lucha Dragos and then given a few singles wins over lower card wrestlers. But one thing he hasnt been treated as is a rising star. It seems like WWE was interested in him for a hot minute, forgot about him and then remembered that he still had one of the companys secondary titles. You know, the one John Cena spent six months building up as a symbol of excellence. So much for that.
And now, Kalisto has a U.S. title match against Ryback, who made a conscious decision to get serious about his performance in the ring and wants to strike out on his own to prove himself. So, boo? Yay? Is Ryback a bully again? Should we cheer the luchador because hes small? Is there any reason we shouldnt sit on our hands during the match? Maybe well get a reason on Monday.
