3. Can Shane/Undertaker Be Compelling?

Shane-O-Mac versus the Deadman is not a compelling match. It would be one thing if Shane introduced us to an avatar or some backup who helped call the outcome of the match into question. But we€™re looking at a 46-year-old executive (who admittedly was a daredevil when he competed 10-15 years ago) fighting one of WWE€™s biggest stars ever in his signature match. The novelty has long since worn off, and we€™re now left with a hard-to-swallow match.

It€™s a longshot, but maybe, just maybe, WWE can figure out some way on Monday to inject some intrigue or interest into this match. The truth is, there might not be anything that WWE can do to make chicken salad out of this chickensh**, but that doesn€™t mean the company won€™t try.
