8. Meaningful Transitions From NXT To The Main Roster

Speaking of NXT, the brand has been heralded as one of the best examples of something WWE has done right in 2015. The NXT TakeOver shows on the WWE Network have been well-received, and the event in London recently was one of the most exciting WWE-branded shows in years. This came after the company had moved several of the brand's top names up to the main roster. For an example of how to successfully transition onto shows like Raw and Smackdown, Kevin Owens must be examined. Bursting onto the scene and challenging a genuine headliner fans take seriously (John Cena), Owens has been a breath of fresh air. On the flip side, there's Tyler Breeze, who is already struggling to make a name for himself. Then, there's The Ascension, who would be better off not being on the main roster, such is their lowly status. There's no excuse for WWE not to make each NXT 'promotion' a success story. Kevin Owens is an extraordinary example, but NXT is full of incredible talent. The likes of Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady, just as one example, surely couldn't fail to be a cool addition to the WWE tag-team ranks next year. If they do, it reflects more on WWE than the talent themselves.
