Kevin Owens has been a great addition to the main WWE touring roster. On NXT, he managed to prove a lot of people wrong. Many industry critics (as well as some fans) had claimed that the man was little more than an independent wrestler punching above his weight. In fact, some - such as Vince Russo - still don't think Owens belongs on shows like Raw and Smackdown. The truth is, 'KO' has worked some of the best WWE matches of the year. For example, his stirring series of battles against John Cena helped shows like Elimination Chamber and Money In The Bank appear much grander than they otherwise would have. As WWE Intercontinental Champion, he came across as one of the best heels in the company, and he was even a worthy entrant into the WWE Title tournament at Survivor Series. In 2016, he could take another leap upwards by winning the Money In The Bank match on the pay-per-view of the same name. A brash heel like Owens is the perfect fit for such an accolade, because his character is the kind of dirtbag who would relish 'cashing in' on a fallen champion who has just defended their title in a hard-fought match. The win would be celebrated by many.
