In all honesty, probably not - but what a great appointment this'd be. Rey Mysterio eventually rubbed shoulders with those considerably higher than his own, but his legacy in the wrestling business is as its definitive cruiserweight star. Being named as the chief of a brand devoted to the art would inject it with a huge degree of legitimacy - not to mention interest. Rey's popular appeal remains colossal to this day, and three years after he was last seen in WWE, fans have renewed appetite to see the masked superstar back in the big-time.

Is it likely? In the past, Rey has specifically failed to rule out a move to 205 Live ("you never say never"), but as long as Lucha Underground remains an ongoing concern, he's probably not making the switch - unless the offer was too good to refuse.
