Anyone that's given a clean victory over John Cena in their debut match on WWE television has to be considered as a big time potential player. Kevin Owens did just that and, in what is becoming a theme throughout this article, is also a former NXT Champion. Owens has yet to top that feat since joining the main roster last May, but the company has positioned Owens better than many others that have come before him. To say that WWE has had a difficult time building and creating stars on the main roster, despite the existence of NXT, would be a huge understatement. With that said, Owens is someone that WWE has screwed up the least. Far from a ringing endorsement, the booking of Kevin Owens can and hopefully will get better as time goes on and Kevin continues to generate crowd reactions, impressing the powers that be.
