10. Magnus

Magnus is great looking, 6 ft 3, 256 lb, can go in the ring and is an above average talker - but even with all those tools, he's still missing.... something.  

That's not to say he hasn't been successful. Since debuting in TNA Magnus has won Tag Team gold and even held the World Heavyweight title once - but although he definitely had his share of fans, the pushes never really seemed to take. 

It might just be a case of the guy needing a bit more training, a different (well, better) mix of opponents and maybe a fresh gimmick. One thing's for sure, at 28 years old Magnus has plenty of time to hone his craft and is only going to get better, so WWE would do well to harness that potential in case TNA snuff is out completely a few years down the line.
