10. Perry Saturn Destroys Jobber

The most sacred tenet in all of wrestling is to not hurt your opponent in the ring - intentionally or otherwise.

Perry Saturn transgressed this code in shocking fashion on an episode of the short-lived WWF Metal, during which he was booked to squash jobber Mike Bell. The match starts innocuously enough with some chain wrestling and a shoulder block. It's when Bell botches two hip tosses, landing Saturn on the top of his head, that things take an unsavoury turn. Enraged, Saturn deviates from the script entirely, stiffing Bell with a barrage of shoot shots to the face before throwing him unceremoniously onto his neck to the outside.

Not stopping there, Saturn proceeds to pick him up and ram into the steel steps. The thud with which the back of Bell's skull connects with the steps is sickening. Clearly concerned for Bell's safety, Saturn's valet Terri tries to remonstrate with him on the outside, and it seems to work - the match begins to resemble something less than a massacre in its closing sequence.

To his credit, Saturn owned up to his actions in a shoot video with Kayfabe Commentaries years later, claiming he was so freaked out by the prospect of being seriously injured that his fear manifested itself as violence.
