It is even creepier when you consider that the mannequin was meant to be a human corpse, with Hunter literally making brains squirt from the head. The story went that a girl called Katie Vick was dating Kane when he was younger. She accidentally died in a car crash, which Triple H later found out about and used as ammunition in his feud with Kane. As part of this feud, he dressed as Kane, entered a funeral parlour, and had sex with her dead body. At least that's what the WWE tried to present it as. On TV it just came across as gross stupidity. Oh my god, Hunter yelled, I screwed her brains out. Vince McMahon maybe found it funny, but even Hunter later expressed regret at the angle.
