10. Cesaro & Tomohiro Ishii

Two hard-hitting wrestlers who, despite being perennial midcarders, have managed to build a loyal following due to their fantastic workrate and ability to get any match over. For fans of in-ring action, Tomohiro Ishii and Cesaro would be damn near the ultimate team.

Cesaro is one of the greatest tag team wrestlers in the history of professional wrestling. From forming the Kings of Wrestling with Chris Hero to his woefully under-appreciated stint with Tyson Kidd, not to mention his partnership with Sheamus as one half of The Bar, Cesaro has a gift for getting the best out of his partners. And with a partner as proficient as Tomohiro Ishii, that's a hell of a prospect.

Ishii is a master at generating sympathy from the audience with his selling, and the pop he'd get when making the hot tag to Cesaro would be extraordinary. Particularly as it would allow Cesaro to showcase his amazing offensive capabilities, which have been cruelly curtailed by WWE since his heel turn.

Let's put it this way - if Cesaro ever does make the jump to NJPW, this would be a hell of a way to boost its flagging tag division.
