2. WWE Title - Shinsuke Nakamura Vs. John Cena
Disclaimer: this is not going to be a popular prediction at all.
John Cena has been on the fringes of active wrestling for a good while now. He pops up sporadically and works a few matches here and there before disappearing back off to Hollywood. Don't be fooled by that for one second. Cena isn't done, and WWE won't wait years before pulling the trigger on that 'Ric Flair-beating' 17th world title win.
It'll come against a strong heel, something Shinsuke Nakamura has developed into since ball-shotting the hell out of AJ Styles at WrestleMania 34. If Nakamura beats AJ Styles to finally become WWE Champ at MITB and then defends it the next month at Extreme Rules, he'll need a new challenger.
It is possible that Shinsuke might beat Cena to cement his place as champion, but the more likely outcome is a 17th championship success for the superhero-like veteran. It'd give SummerSlam that 'Mania-level history-making moment WWE so love.
