It's fair to say that 2015 has been a pretty unspectacular year for WWE, save for a great WrestleMania and the performances of a handful of superstars (excluding, of course, the consistently brilliant NXT). However, if we at least view the past 12 months as a set-up for the future, 2016 has the potential to be an immensely good year - one built on the back of exciting, varied feuds. Of course, the success of these potential storylines will rely heavily upon an improved effort from WWE's highly criticised creative team, but half the battle is also pairing together superstars with great chemistry - not to mention a logical reason for waging war in the first place. Another key factor relating to the new year's exciting potential is NXT. So many exciting new superstars are primed to come bursting onto the main roster in the near future, and will hopefully be allowed to retain the traits which make them so popular among the passionate followers of WWE's (so-called) developmental territory. Several amazing feuds are right there on the table for WWE to use next year. It's just a case of the company recognising its own potential, and rewarding the fans with a knockout 2016.

10. Seth Rollins vs. Triple H

There are numerous theories out there regarding the date of Seth Rollins' return (with a few brave souls even suggesting a shock comeback in time for WrestleMania), but one thing's at least certain: he should absolutely be a babyface. Rollins' injury has been a big one for WWE, an absence keenly felt by the company and fans alike. When he returns, he'll receive a natural face pop, and WWE should really take the ball and run with it. Have Seth go full babyface, and have him call out Triple H. There was often a lot of simmering tension between the Game and Rollins during the latter's WWE Championship reign, a tension which threatened to spill over at various points. This potential feud should finally be realised in 2016, with Rollins eager for vengeance after being ditched by the Authority during his injury.
