There was no explanation as to how The Undertaker and Paul Bearer turned a melted-down chain back into their cherished urn in 1995 either. It just sort of happened overnight without the loose ends being tied or any meaningful attempt at follow up.

In one of the character's most forgotten storylines, (UFC's Kimo Leopoldo lookalike) Kama Mustafa stole the precious urn and decided to turn it into some bling he could wear to the ring. This culminated in a Casket Match win for the "Phenom" at SummerSlam 1995, and that was that. Afterwards, 'Taker regained control of his vessel and everything was right with the world again.

This was a strange time in his career though. Not only did The Undertaker look bizarre briefly carting a gold chain around with him, he also wore that Phantom of the Opera style mask whilst healing up a broken orbital bone. It's probably no wonder WWE historians don't crow about this period of his run too much.
