The landscape in WWE is an ever-changing environment. Many alterations to the product have been made over the years, with one of the more recent changes being the influx of past Superstars returning part time to help boost ratings and interact with some of the current generation of Superstars. The Rock, Brock Lesnar and Batista have all come back to their old stomping ground in the past few years, with each one being met with different reactions from the crowd. The Rock's return was enjoyable for the most part, but fans have been more split on Lesnar and Batista, with Batista getting the worst treatment of the two. His initial return was cheered, but the 2014 Royal Rumble saw the WWE Universe turn on The Animal when it became clear that Daniel Bryan was not going to make a surprise appearance during the titular match. Hardcore fans tend to treat part-timers like they are taking time away from deserving talent, but the fact of the matter is that there will always be deserving talent who aren't being used to their fullest potential. Bringing in big stars from years past may feel like a ploy to bring in old viewers, but that is not a bad thing at all. Using popular talent in a smart way will almost always lead to a positive outcome, it just takes the right storyline to make it work. This slideshow will look at 10 Superstar who could return to WWE in a part time capacity. They could either be out of the business completely or simply with another company at the moment.
