MSG WrestleManias have taken three forms: the no-frills, yet auric, darkness of the original, the well-lit tenth edition that kept the straight-on entrance, and the modern standard side-entrance for 20 that added the swank horizontal Titantron (Horizontatron?). In any case, they're still largely-exuberant New York crowds that responded well to three eras of historical occurrences, and they (with the venue) made those WrestleManias special.
