10 Highly Underrated WWE Wrestler Themes
10. Burn In My Light - Randy Orton
Before he was hearing Voices in his head, a young and very chiselled Randy Orton invited us all to Burn in his Light. Whatever that meant.
After his departure from Evolution (who also had a great theme), Randy started using the song as performed by Orlando band, Mercy Drive. This group also contributed music to the first season of WWE Tough Enough, as well as the theme of its eventual winner, Maven.
Orton would use this theme music for about four years, before returning to WWE following a collar bone injury with new music in 2008. This song - "Voices" by Rev Theory - has been Orton's music ever since.
Whilst "Voices" is a fantastic song and great entrance music for Randy, there's something about "Burn In My Light" that his new music just doesn't have.
It's punchier, it's louder, it's more aggressive. The song is instantly recognisable and its memorable "Hey!" hook is a great earworm.
We'll likely never see Randy go back to this theme ever again, but it will live on in the hearts and minds of Ruthless Aggression era fans forever.
